Dive Ontario is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Sport Development & System Support Coordinator. This role offers hands-on experience in sport administration, program development, community engagement, and content creation within a provincial sport organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Support coordination and delivery of Dive Ontario programs and initiatives
  • Contribute to the planning and development of High Performance camps and programming for the 2026–2027 season
  • Assist with program structures, scheduling, and operational processes
  • Support communication strategies, including launch and ongoing updates of the Dive Ontario website
  • Create and distribute engaging content across website and social media platforms
  • Act as a point of contact for athletes, clubs, and stakeholders
  • Support registration systems, club onboarding, and administrative processes
  • Contribute to research initiatives, including facility mapping and identification of service gaps
  • Assist with policy updates and support consistent implementation of operational practices

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
  • Experience or interest in social media, website content management, and digital tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders
  • Strong work ethic, initiative, and interest in the sport sector
  • Experience or interest in graphic design and content creation is an asset

  • Hybrid role, primarily virtual with occasional in-person collaboration as needed

Compensation & Eligibility

This is a paid position through the Summer Employment Opportunities (SEO) program.

  • Hourly rate based on experience
  • Flexible scheduling in collaboration with the student
  • Maximum earnings up to $3,282.00

Eligibility Requirements:
Applicants must:

  • Be enrolled in a secondary or post-secondary institution
  • Be at least 15 years of age at the start of employment
  • Be a resident of Ontario at the time of employment
